Business Class – All of the same monitoring as with Travel Class but now we are taking direct action on the information we gather during business hours. We are fixing programs that crash, removing viruses that have been brought into the network as well as keeping everything up to date and locked down. We provide you with a detailed report as well as a set number of onsite hours.
First Class – Everything Business Class provides but now we are fixing your problems around the clock to ensure your employees have a working system when they clock in every morning. You will also receive detailed monthly reports that we will explain to you in terms you can understand. In addition to the included onsite hours you receive, additional hours are at a discounted rate.
Clipper Class - Back in the old day when everything was taken care of and customer service meant great customer service. Everything offered in First Class service plus a help desk to help you and your employees with any IT related questions or issues you might be experiencing.
