Tenant Improvement

TransPacCG has spent a decade moving clients into new offices, warehouses, labs, design centers, factories and retail outlets. We’ve provided everything from input on site selection to making sure every user had a working phone and computer on day one at the new office. We focus on bringing together the various technology vendors and pieces to ensure schedules are met within budget. Every IT aspect from the beginning to the end of a company’s move is carefully thought out and executed to ensure a seamless transition.
We put the IT in TI – Regardless if you have an in-house IT department or an outside consultant to handle your day to day IT needs, TransPacCG will provide value in our ability to help you navigate the design, construction, implementation, and rollout of a new space. We will make sure your cabling, servers, computers, printers, TVs, digital signage, cameras, security, distributed audio, wireless guest access, and video conferencing not only work together, but in a smart design that delivers realistic cost conscious solutions your company will benefit from and employees will utilize.
By spending time with our clients, we learn not only about what they do but how they do it, why they do it the way they do, and how they see themselves doing it in the future. We discuss trends and best practices in their business sectors so that we can better address how technology can work for them. A healthy discussion with you and your IT representatives covering leading edge technologies as well as tried and true standards gives us a foundation to work with. Meeting with your designers, General Contractors, and Construction Management team leads us to a collaborative IT Infrastructure Design. We are involved from day one to ensure you have accurate budget numbers when comparing different sites. We ensure you understand the cost/benafit of different floor plans and design features to make sure design form is not overtaking realistic function or your budget.
IT Advocate - An IT Infrastructure Design Plan will allow us to produce RFP’s necessary for the various aspects of your new space. As an independent 3rd party we are able to provide and asses constructive RFP’s that result in a level playing field for the parties involved which ultimately delivers our client the best value. Cabling. Audio/Visual. Security. Phone Systems. Dial tone and Internet providers. We will evaluate the RFP’s, educate you about submittals if desired and drive the decision making process so your project continues to move forward.
Technology Construction Management – Now that a plan is in place, it is time to make sure everyone delivers quality deliverables on schedule. Will the cabling be installed in time for inspection while at the same time not interfering with the electrician’s ability to perform their work? Is the riser company prepared to deliver the proper bridge from the ground to your suite in a form factor the Broadband provider is expecting? Is the conduit still running where the plans indicate? The build out process is a constant ebb and flow of challenges and workarounds that need to be addressed instantly. TransPacCG is at the table with you for weekly meetings with the GC, subs, designers, and vendors to discuss and decipher how changes and modifications will affect your timeline, budget and ultimately your employees. The city inspector suddenly decides an additional i-beam is needed resulting in conduits being rerouted – what impact does that have and what are the options? Are we using POE WAP’s or do we need to run power to them? Dozens of these questions need to be answered in a timely manner, be prepared to do so by having TransPacCG at the table.
